Types of Freedom
We all are seeking absolute freedom. It comprises of:
Financial Freedom
Temporal Freedom
Spatial Freedom
Perfect health Freedom
Financial freedom
Financial freedom is the most pronounced of all the freedoms because of the overarching importance of money and the fact that most of us don’t have a desired amount to begin with. So this freedom liberates us from the scenario of lack of money and the innumerable hardships that come with it. If You can spend on anything You want, You have financial freedom, my friend.
Temporal freedom
Temporal freedom or time freedom is one in which we have all the time we want. Most of us begin with a time-slavery job, i.e we have to do a certain work in a certain preset time range, a way of the robots (or cron jobs if You will). So this freedom liberates us from the scenario of lack of personalized time slots and the frustrations that come with it. If You have work and can freely choose anytime to address it, You have temporal freedom, my friend.
Spatial freedom
Spatial freedom or location freedom is one in which we can move anywhere without hampering our lifestyle. Most of us have jobs at a particular location, demanding travel to and fro from it. So this freedom liberates us from the scenario of fixity to a particular location and the rotting of the soul that comes with it. If You can work from anywhere, You have spatial freedom, my friend.
Perfect health freedom
Perfect health freedom is a no-brainer, means what it says. It comprises of freedom from mental, physical and spiritual sufferings. Most of us have imperfect health in a varying ratio of the above three categories of sufferings. So this freedom liberates us from the scenario of suffering that arises from the lack of perfect health. If You feel peaceful, energetic, lively and driven, You have perfect health freedom, my dear friend.
A case to consider
Toby was a folk who used to work rotational shifts in an 8-hour workplace setting serving international clients. He used to be paid only $125 per month. He used to be fatigued in the weekends barely having energy to go out and explore. He had dreams, he had a hunger to blast through and revolutionize his life. He thought of leaving his job to latch onto a better income source without the hardships of his then job. He eventually hopped two jobs and is now making $13,550 per month, for the last 2 years. The beauty? His work depends on only his laptop and internet connection, which means his work accompanies him as a great mate in his travel. Toby has greatly invested in self-education through books, newsletters (like this), podcasts. He is now a fitness addict and practises meditation everyday. Did I forget to mention that he runs on a daily basis? He can buy any experience he wants, he can do anything, anytime he wants, from anywhere he wants (laptop, do be with me! :D) . Toby is an example of absolute freedom. So can You and so will You, which is the ultimate quest of life, my dear friend.
